I Can’t Reach Hotels.com Support to Cancel My Booking and Get My Refund

I booked a hotel through Hotels.com and now urgently need to cancel the reservation, but I’m completely stuck because there is no way to speak to a real customer service representative. The site has no active phone number, no proper email, and their AI chatbot is totally useless when it comes to handling more complex issues like cancellations and refunds.
When I submitted my cancellation request, the system simply marked the payment status as pending, but offered no explanation or confirmation. I called the hotel directly, and they said this was not their responsibility and that I should resolve it through Hotels.com.
But how can I resolve anything when there’s no actual human support? I’m just left in limbo with no refund and no way to talk to someone who can actually help. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of transparency and accountability on Hotels.com’s part. If this isn’t resolved promptly, I’ll be reporting the issue to consumer protection services.
I demand immediate contact from a live agent, full clarification of my cancellation status, and a refund of the pending amount without delay.
