My friend and I organized a vacation, and they took care of all the reservations through Hotels.com. Unfortunately, I am no longer in touch, and I do not have any access to the booking information. I can't recall the name of the hotel, and when I reached out to my friend, they didn't get back to me. I attempted to reach out to Hotels.com customer service, but I was unable to locate a direct phone number to call. I understand the reservation was made under the names A*** C*** Ö** and C*** B*** but I couldn't find it with that information. The upcoming travel date is really stressing me out with all this uncertainty.
