I Cannot Access My Hotels.com Booking Made by a Friend

My friend and I organized a vacation, and they took care of all the reservations through Hotels.com. Unfortunately, I am... no longer in touch, and I do not have any access to the booking information. I can't recall the name of the hotel, and when I reached out to my friend, they didn't get back to me.
