I Canceled My Hotels.com Booking But Still Haven’t Received My Refund
I made a hotel reservation through Hotels.com under booking number 72063047416589. I later canceled the reservation within the allowed timeframe, expecting the refund to be processed promptly. However, several days have passed and I still haven’t received my money back.
I attempted to contact the hotel directly to follow up, but the phone numbers and email addresses provided by Hotels.com are completely unresponsive—emails bounce back and phone calls don’t go through. It’s as if the hotel doesn’t even exist or doesn’t want to be found.
This is incredibly frustrating. I did everything by the book: I canceled properly, on time, and through the official platform. Yet my refund is nowhere to be seen, and I’m left with no support from Hotels.com.
I demand immediate action from Hotels.com to issue my refund and investigate why their listed contact information leads nowhere. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I expect my ₺ to be returned without further delay.
