I Can’t Access My Booking Code from Hotels.com and Can’t Reach Customer Support

I booked a vacation through Hotels.com, and everything seemed to go smoothly—until I realized I never received my reservation code. Without this code, I can’t confirm my stay directly with the hotel, and worse, I can’t reach Hotels.com support by any means. I’ve tried using the app, website, and any communication channel available, but there’s been no response and no solution.

All I need is the reservation confirmation number so the hotel can validate my booking. But Hotels.com has made this simple request nearly impossible to resolve. I feel completely ignored and frustrated. I expected much better from such a large platform.

I’m demanding that Hotels.com immediately provide my reservation code and improve their customer service experience. No one should be left in the dark like this after paying for a vacation.
