Hotels.com Reservation Cancellation and Refund Issue

I canceled our reservation with code 72861246368447 on the Hotels.com website, but didn't receive any response. We made the reservation on 24.06. On the same day, due to health issues, we canceled 4 hours later because it would be risky to travel, but they didn't refund the money. I kindly request you to handle the cancellation and refund for us, please.
