Hotels.com Ignored My Cancellation Request – No Refund or Response

I booked a hotel through Hotels.com and paid in full. On the day of my stay, I contacted them at 12:00 PM to inform them that I wouldn’t be able to check in and requested a cancellation. The Hotels.com team assured me they would speak with the hotel management and get back to me. I even asked them how they would notify me, and they confirmed that I would receive a response via email. However, I never heard back from them.

Despite canceling well in advance and not staying at the hotel, my refund request was ignored. It’s shocking that such a big company fails to provide a proper response. This is unacceptable!

Hotels.com, I demand an immediate refund for my unused booking. My travel program number: 73015960833875. Fix this now!
