Hotels.com Gave Me a Smaller Room Than Booked – No Support or Refund




I booked a room through Hotels.com, expecting the same size and type I always reserve. Instead, I was given a smaller room with a completely different layout. I had booked a studio, but they downgraded me to a 1+1 room, which was not what I paid for.
When I contacted support, they said they would get back to me, but they never did. The hotel blames Hotels.com, and Hotels.com blames the hotel—no one takes responsibility. I was forced to pay more for a weekend stay in a smaller, misrepresented room.
Hotels.com, this is unacceptable! Fix this issue immediately—either refund me the difference or compensate me for the inconvenience!
