Hoover Did Not Install My Dryer - Ignored My Calls and Messages

On March 17, my Hoover brand dryer was delivered. That same day, I called the Hoover call center twice, but no one answered. Then I called an authorized service number I found on Hoover’s website. They told me to call the main call center again. I tried once more, finally reached someone, and they said the authorized service would call me. No one did. They sent a text message instead. I called the number that sent the SMS, but no one picked up. We agreed via SMS that they would come for installation on March 25, but they never showed up and gave no information. Today, I called the same number again—no answer. I sent a message—no response. I then called Cesur Heating and Cooling, listed on Hoover’s site. First, they told me there was no record for me for yesterday. Then the woman on the phone started arguing with me, so I hung up. I called Hoover's call center again, but they couldn’t give a clear date for installation either. Some reps don’t pick up at all, and others hang up mid-call. They even have a feedback survey, but I seriously doubt anyone looks at the results. The representative says they’ll call the service and get back to me—but they never do. If there were any quality standards in place, things wouldn’t be handled this carelessly. I want to file a complaint, especially about Ms. S***. I urgently request that the installation be done as soon as possible. Can someone please help me?

When I call, I cannot reach an authorized person. Your representatives either do not answer the phone or hang up on people. They cannot say when the authorized service will come and do the installation. They say they will call me back immediately after calling the authorized service, but they do not call. The authorized service does not call and provide information saying we will come on this date. When I call the authorized service, they argue with me and do not provide information on when the installation will be done. I want an authorized person to call me, otherwise I will return the product and buy a different brand. Can you help?!

They called today, and I really thought they would work towards a solution. First, they called the headquarters and said they would get back to me after talking to the authorized service. Then they called again and said the authorized service couldn't reach me. I absolutely do not believe this lie. They gave me a mobile number, asking if I could call it. That mobile number has been sending me meaningless messages like 'Hoover service' for days, and no communication can be established with it. When I asked if they could come for installation on the 25th, they said okay, but no one came, and no information was given. When I called, it was a number that didn't answer. I told these things to the person who called from the headquarters, and they said they didn't answer because it was forbidden. Can there be such nonsense? I can't reach anyone, no one reaches me, and naturally, the installation is not done. What they say is completely lies. Supposedly, when they call me, my phone rings twice and hangs up. If that's the case, when I call you, you should take care of me because you might not get another chance to talk. But instead, the phones were hung up on me, and they got into an argument with me. Then the woman who had previously argued with me from the technical service called, and I said I would be working during the day tomorrow, I've been calling for days, you haven't come, I don't have leave, did it just occur to you now? She told me the lie that they couldn't reach me for days with a tense voice. I hung up because she was trying to argue. Then I bought a product from another brand, it will come after the holiday, and I will send this one with Horoz Logistics. Hoover is a regret, your time is wasted. The new product I bought is both higher quality, has a better technical service infrastructure, and is more economical.
