Honor Campaign: Cart Items Instantly Go Out of Stock

For the last three days I have been trying to benefit from Honor Türkiye Online Mağaza’s 19:00 campaign, but I am not able to buy the products that I add to my cart. Every evening at exactly 19:00 I log in and add the campaign products to my cart, but before I can even enter my card information, the system cancels the products and shows “Out of stock” around 19:01. It is not understandable how the entire stock can be finished within a single minute while the product is still in my cart. This situation has repeated in the same way on each of the three days, and despite meeting the campaign conditions and adding the products to my cart on time, I am unable to complete the purchase. This makes me think that the campaign is not being run transparently and fairly, and it creates serious distrust toward the brand. I request that Honor Türkiye ensure that the products I add to my cart within the campaign time frame are actually sold to me under the announced campaign conditions and prices, and that a clear explanation is provided about why the stock is shown as finished in such a short time while the product is still in my cart.
