I purchased a Honda CRV from the 2013 model year on January 10, 2023. After purchasing it, I promptly contacted the authorized maintenance and repair service of Antalya Eysa to report some paint problems with the car. They requested, "Please bring it in so we can take a look." In March 2024, I made another call and was informed that they were unable to assist me due to the age of my car, which exceeded 7 years. This is highly disappointing coming from a company with Honda's reputation. I will pursue justice through legal channels.
