Honda Customer Service Decline Issue

I've been a Honda owner since 2010, having owned various models over the years for myself and my spouse. However, the service quality has steadily declined over the past 14 years. (I mostly use the Ankara Honda Bora service.) Previously, after each service visit, I would receive a call from the Istanbul Headquarters to inquire about my satisfaction. However, no such calls have been made in the last 5 years. Despite repeatedly voicing my complaints to Honda Bora, no action is taken. It's frustrating. Finally, with my 2021 model FE1 Civic (48,000 km), I've been taking it for maintenance every 10,000 km, paying significantly higher prices at the authorized service center to maintain the warranty. Previously, we could purchase touch-up paint (in a brush-in-bottle like a nail polish bottle) for a fee, but they no longer sell it. When we asked for it, they said they didn't have the same color in stock, but if a car of the same color has an accident and they prepare the paint, we can come and get it done. Despite mentioning my minor scratches for the past 3 years during each service, I haven't been able to get them touched up. I'm leaving the Honda brand, which I've trusted for years, because I feel like an undervalued customer. When my wife got a new car, we didn't choose Honda this time. It's time for me to change my car, and it definitely won't be a Honda.

As I suspected. We Honda users are considered insignificant by the company. They don't even bother to respond. This will be my last Honda vehicle, and in a way, I will get rid of the vehicle before even leaving.
