Honda HR-V Paint Flaking Complaint

I bought my Honda HR-V brand new in 2018, but after five years, the paint started flaking off the roof, signaling underlying problems. Research revealed that this issue was common in many HR-V models due to production flaws. Despite discussions with authorized service, they concluded the problem wasn't usage-related. However, they offered no interim vehicle during the lengthy repair process under warranty, nor did they address the depreciation of my car's value. Attempts to sell the car failed due to the paint issue, causing suspicion among buyers about potential accidents. Despite legal requests, Honda Turkey has not provided the necessary documentation or compensation for the defective vehicle, leaving me in limbo.
