Since purchasing a brand new white 2016 FB 7 model Honda Civic, I've noticed significant paint peeling on my vehicle over the past 1-1.5 years. Upon taking it to Honda Efe service center in Yenimahalle, Ankara, I was informed by the service manager that the warranty had expired. To repair it at my expense, they quoted an astonishing ₺40,000. This issue squarely falls under Honda Turkey's responsibility and constitutes a defective product. You can't shift the blame for factory paint defects onto customers. Opting for this repair would result in a ₺40,000 depreciation in my vehicle's value. Therefore, the company shouldn't victimize its customers for commercial gain and must fulfill its obligations. I won't be purchasing another Honda vehicle and won't recommend it to others. I'll pursue legal avenues to rectify this injustice.
