I'm confused by the shift in Holiday Extras' approach, where they no longer prioritize their customers' needs and fail to actively seek solutions to problems. Just the thought of swapping out the driver in a rented car is overwhelming to me. I had to pay an additional $55 when I collected the car. I couldn't find anyone to talk to before I picked up the car to resolve this problem. Unfortunately, the live chat didn't yield any results, and I couldn't reach anyone through the provided phone number. After a long wait of two weeks, I received a response to my complaint email. However, the response I got placed the blame on me for not reaching out to them earlier. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach your customer support department and found their assistance to be lacking. This is my request for a refund.
