I Paid CarJet but Got No Car, No Support, and No Refund

I booked a rental car through CarJet, paid a significant amount—₺—and got absolutely nothing in return. When I arrived, there was no car, no office, and not a single person to speak to. I couldn’t reach anyone to explain the issue, and there was zero customer support available on-site. It was like the company just vanished.

I tried reaching out by email, but no one ever replies. There’s no phone number with a real person at the end of it, and no documentation was provided. At this point, I don’t even know if I’ll ever get my money back. It's like shouting into the void.

CarJet, you need to take responsibility immediately. Either provide the service you promised or refund my money without delay. I’m considering filing a complaint with Consumer Rights because this is completely unacceptable.
