I purchased a Türkiye eSIM from Holafly, order ID 3228, for a 20 GB plan with a payment of 45.00 ₺ using Visa ending in 8377. I followed all installation instructions, including scanning the QR code and entering the SM-DP+ address and activation code manually. Despite this, the eSIM never activated, and I couldn’t connect to any network while abroad. I was left without internet access throughout my trip, which caused major inconvenience.
What made this even more frustrating was the complete lack of customer support. I contacted Holafly through their “Contact Us” and “Feedback” sections at least 12 times, but never received a single response. There’s no clear support channel or working contact method online.
I demand either a full refund or immediate instructions on how to activate the service I paid for. Holafly must take responsibility and provide real human assistance—not leave paying customers in the dark.
