On July 8, 2025, I accidentally purchased the Turkey eSIM package from Holafly, paying $14.50. What I actually needed was the Europe eSIM package, so I immediately submitted a refund request right after the purchase.
For the past two months, I have been in constant contact with Holafly’s customer support via WhatsApp. Every time, I’m told that my refund will be processed “soon,” yet no payment has been made to date.
The last update I received was on August 12, 2025, stating that my case had been forwarded to the relevant department under ticket number #26672779, but there has been no further progress or communication since then.
This ongoing delay has caused significant inconvenience, as the purchase was made by mistake and the product was never used.
I am requesting the immediate refund of $14.50 to my credit card and an explanation for why this process has taken over two months without resolution.
