I purchased an eSIM from Holafly.com, successfully installed the application, and followed all activation steps. However, the network never connected — I had no signal at all.
I contacted Holafly’s technical support, and while they did provide assistance, the issue remained unresolved. I then requested to cancel the service, and they confirmed the cancellation, yet I have not received any refund or follow-up communication since then.
It has been quite frustrating to receive no responses after being assured that the refund would be processed. I am requesting the full refund of the amount I paid and an official confirmation that my eSIM order has been canceled.
Holafly should provide more transparent customer service and faster resolution for technical failures like this.
