I Report HitBTC for Blocking My Account and Showing Fake Withdrawal Request
For the past two days, I have been completely unable to access my HitBTC account either through the mobile app or the website. Whenever I try to log in, I repeatedly receive the error message: “The server cannot establish a secure connection.”
What is even more concerning is that when I attempt to sign in, I also see a warning that says “Your withdrawal request has been received.” However, I have not made any recent withdrawal requests, which makes this situation even more alarming.
I tried logging in from different devices and internet connections, but the problem remains the same. Additionally, I cannot even access the website itself—it appears completely inaccessible from Turkey despite my attempts to use alternative methods.
This issue has left me locked out of my account without explanation, raising serious concerns about security and potential unauthorized activity. I urgently request support to:
Restore access to my account
Clarify why a withdrawal request is showing up when I never made one
Provide transparent information on the nature of this error and whether my account or funds are at risk
I expect HitBTC to address this issue immediately and ensure the security of my account and assets.
