Carwiz Antalya Has Not Refunded My €350 Deposit After One Month
I rented a car from Carwiz Antalya between August 22 and September 5, 2024. They charged a €350 deposit, which they promised to refund within 15 days after returning the car. However, it has now been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund.
I have tried contacting them multiple times via phone, WhatsApp, and email, but they are completely unresponsive. No one is providing any answers or updates on my deposit refund.
Carwiz, I demand that you process my refund immediately and improve your customer support. Ignoring customers after taking their money is unacceptable. If I don’t receive my refund soon, I will escalate this issue further. What are my legal options at this point?
