Carwiz Turkey Delays €350 Deposit Refund After Rental Return

On August 13, 2024, I rented a vehicle from Carwiz Turkey in Izmir and returned it in perfect condition on August 17 in Bodrum. Despite the terms stating the €350 deposit would be refunded within 15 days, I have yet to receive it.
It’s now been months, and there’s still no sign of my deposit. Calls to Carwiz customer service go unanswered, leaving me with no way to resolve this issue. This delay is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to withhold my money.
Carwiz Turkey, I demand the immediate refund of my €350 deposit. Your lack of communication and failure to honor your terms are deeply disappointing. Resolve this matter promptly!
