Hepsijet Delayed Delivery Is a Big Problem

I purchased a product from Hepsiburada on July 16, 2024. The item was handed over to Hepsijet on July 17, 2024, and was scheduled for delivery on July 18, 2024. However, it has now been over six days past the expected delivery date, and I still have not received my package. Despite making two phone calls to Hepsijet customer service and submitting two complaints through their website, I have only received the same generic response: that the package is at the transfer center and is awaiting vehicle loading. No concrete solution or update has been provided regarding my issue. This delay is highly frustrating, and I am disappointed with the lack of resolution and customer support. I urge you to address this matter promptly and ensure that my package is delivered as soon as possible.

Despite 3 days having passed since the response given by Hepsijet, I have not received any follow-up or information regarding the cargo. Additionally, there has been no follow-up or information provided to me after the creation of 3 complaint records via the app, and complaint notifications created via the web and email. From the lack of response, I understand that they either do not know the status of the cargo sent to me or it means that the cargo was stolen, damaged, or lost during transfer. Furthermore, cargo tracking can no longer be done through the app; they have deleted the tracking number from the system. In short, it appears that Hepsijet does not stand behind, care about, or track the cargo they transport.

I did not receive any feedback or information regarding the cargo from Hepsijet. Additionally, there was no response or information provided after the three complaint records created through Mim, nor after the complaint notifications sent via web and email. From the lack of response, it seems they do not know the status of the cargo sent to me, or it implies that the cargo was stolen, damaged, or lost during transfer. Furthermore, cargo tracking can no longer be done through the application; they have deleted the tracking number from the system. In short, it appears that Hepsijet does not stand behind the cargo it carries, does not care, and is unable to track it.

The refund for the products that could not be delivered today in response to the request opened yesterday through Hepsiburada has been processed.
