I Ordered a Hepsiburada Newborn Baby Set But Hepsijet Canceled Delivery Twice Without Contact

Hello. I ordered a newborn baby girl hospital outfit set from Hepsiburada, and the delivery was supposed to be handled by their affiliated courier company, Hepsijet. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered a completely unacceptable situation. Despite two delivery attempts, no one from the courier company called me, and they simply marked the order as "undeliverable" and canceled it both times without even trying to reach out.
I called customer service to explain the issue, and they assured me that the next time, the delivery would be coordinated properly and we would find a mutual drop-off point. However, no one has contacted me since, and the item still hasn’t been delivered. This delay is extremely frustrating—my baby is due any moment, and we’re still waiting for the essential outfit to arrive.
I am beyond disappointed with both Hepsiburada and Hepsijet. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue. I expect my legal rights as a consumer to be respected and my order to be delivered without any further excuses. This level of disorganization and poor communication is unacceptable from such a large platform.
