Hepsijet Ruined My 54 Kg Detergent Orders
I placed three separate orders on Hepsiburada (Order Nos: 4337108927, 4597354502, and 4753153234) for a total of 54 kg of detergent and 90 dishwasher tablets, but every single shipment was ruined by Hepsijet’s Kocaeli and Gölcük branch staff. The boxes arrived completely destroyed, and despite trying three more times over the past month, I still haven’t received my products. Neither Hepsiburada nor Hepsijet bothered to contact me even once. To make matters worse, the items are now out of stock, so I can’t reorder them even if I wanted to. I truly regret trusting these companies. I suggest that the Arex brand stops working with them altogether because I personally won’t be ordering from Hepsiburada or Hepsijet again. Their service and care level are beyond unacceptable.
