On June 12, I purchased a Kumtel KTF-340 3-in-1 18” fan from Hepsiburada as the seller. On the scheduled delivery date, ...the courier company Hepsijet not only failed to deliver my package, but also, while it was at the delivery branch, returned it without my knowledge or consent, claiming it was dama
