I Did Not Receive My Fan Due to Hepsijet Failure

On June 12, I purchased a Kumtel KTF-340 3-in-1 18” fan from Hepsiburada as the seller. On the scheduled delivery date, the courier company Hepsijet not only failed to deliver my package, but also, while it was at the delivery branch, returned it without my knowledge or consent, claiming it was damaged during transport. After some back and forth with Hepsiburada on June 17, they placed a new order for me the same day. Although the second item was shipped on June 19, it’s still waiting at the Kayseri transfer center. It’s supposed to be delivered on June 21. My question is: with the package still in Kayseri, and needing to go through Ankara, then Başiskele, and finally to the Eskihisar distribution branch, do you really think it will be delivered tomorrow? Of course not! Despite repeatedly requesting a call from a manager, no one has contacted me. Hepsijet is a complete disappointment!

Yes. The product was delivered on Saturday, June 21. This time, the motor part arrived broken. I could start a return process for this as well, but I have neither the energy nor the motivation to deal with the return period... What should I do now!
