Hepsijet Antalya Marked My Order as Delivered but Never Left the Warehouse
The stuff I ordered from Hepsiburada shows as "delivered" by Hepsijet’s Antalya distribution center, but they never actually left the warehouse. No one tried to deliver, didn’t call, and didn’t stop by. If someone looks into it, the GPS records won't show anything since the products were never delivered to my place. In the meantime, the prices of my stuff have gone up, and the Hepsipays and bonuses I used to buy them are gone. It's annoying to watch my purchases disappear without any clear reason. After all the time I waited, I just felt regret about these purchases and even the ones I was thinking about making later. This has made me reconsider my decisions with Hepsiburada completely.
