Hepsijet Delivered My Returned Office Chair With Broken Armrests

I'm really exhausted by the problems caused by Hepsiburada. We returned an office chair, but it was delivered with broken armrests by Hepsijet. When I called Hepsiburada’s Seller Support Line, they said they had forwarded my request and that the Hepsijet team would come within 1–3 business days to inspect the item. However, when I called again today (12.05.2025), the support line only gave a vague promise that the issue would be resolved as soon as possible. I feel completely ignored throughout this process. There’s also a serious communication gap between the sellers—every time I call, I’m given different and conflicting information. I’m not satisfied at all and have decided to stop selling on this platform. Just so you know, this is how you lose customers and sellers.
