Aras Kargo Marked My Return as Delivered Without Coming to My Address

Aras Kargo Istanbul Arnavutköy Güneş Branch is a complete disappointment. They never answer either of their phones, seemingly using them for purposes other than assisting customers. Despite repeated attempts to reach them, there is no way to get proper support or clarification about missing packages. Customers send returns, and although our address is extremely easy to find, they mark the package as "delivered" without even attempting delivery. Hepsiburada refunds the return fee to the customer, but our product is nowhere to be found. This not only causes financial loss but also wastes valuable time. They also add a note saying "not found at address, package at the branch." This is blatant dishonesty and completely unethical behavior. Avoid Aras Kargo at all costs!
