Defective Product Sent – Refusal to Accept Return


I ordered a product from Hepsiburada, and it arrived defective. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted customer service multiple times both by phone and in writing. They have acknowledged that the product is faulty, yet they refuse to arrange a return pickup from my address. This is not a return out of personal preference – I am returning a defective (faulty) item, which is my legal right as a consumer. However, they keep responding with generic excuses like “we cannot pick it up from your address” and do nothing to resolve the problem. It’s extremely disappointing to experience such poor service from a well-known platform like Hepsiburada. I demand that this issue be resolved immediately, and that the defective item is collected from my address and refunded properly. Otherwise, I will proceed with an official complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
