I placed an order on Hepsiburada for the first time. Normally, I use Trendyol, but I decided to give your platform a try. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing. According to the tracking information, my order was supposed to be delivered today via Hepsijet. I contacted your customer service three times during the day, and each time I was assured that the delivery would take place today. However, I still haven’t received my order, and there is no clear update. When I checked the shipping progress, I saw that the package arrived at the Izmir Transfer Center in the morning, was then sent to the Menemen delivery branch, but later in the evening it was returned back to the Izmir Transfer Center. This makes no sense. Is your courier company sending the package on a tour, or are they actually trying to deliver it? I request that my order be delivered to me as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will not hesitate to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and share this issue publicly on social media platforms.
