I bought a pair of Harley Davidson Angela Black Napa Leather Women's Boots from the seller Yeşil Kundura on Trendyol. However, I was unable to wear the boots for even 15 days. The symbol on the side of the boots was so stiff and rigid that it sliced the side of my foot. So I returned the sneakers.

I sent a photo of my cut foot along with a statement detailing the issue I had with the return. However, they claimed that the shoes had been molded and that I may return them if there were any further issues.

Even though this winter was warmer than projected, when I wore the returned shoes, I saw that the sides opened intermittently, despite the fact that they were leather and had a brand name. I explained the situation, returned the merchandise, and asked a refund. However, this time, it was returned to me after being mended.

I don't see why the vendor and Trendyol, as the intermediary, aren't assisting their customer and are victimizing me for these shoes, which I couldn't wear for even fifteen days and have been having constant problems with.

Based on the information I have at the moment;

When I contacted customer support, they responded, "You are correct, but there is nothing we can do. The vendor has the right to ship the product."

It is not enough for them to simply admit that I am correct when I have not paid for the product and have indicated that it is defective. I couldn't wear these shoes for even 15 days, let alone the entire season. They are also not refunding me for the shoes that I did not wear.

Despite my emails to Yeşil Kundura, which included photographs and remarks, they were not considered and received no answer. Customer support called me after I submitted my second return request. When they asked, "What is your complaint about the product?" I explained it verbally. However, I'm dealing with a reckless vendor and Trendyol.

I am the victim in this situation, and I am still paying installments for shoes that I did not wear. I'm demanding a refund.
