Hummel Cerna Sneakers Show Serious Defects in Short Time
On September 13, I purchased two pairs of Hummel Cerna model shoes—one black and one gray—through the Trendyol app. Within just one month, one of the pairs tore at the inner heel area, causing pain while walking. The other pair has already started to show wear on the inside. I have only used both pairs for daily walking, not in any extreme or heavy conditions.
My order number is TYS2025024439280. The products did not come with a warranty certificate, but I do have the invoice.
I have not yet contacted customer service about this issue. Experiencing such a problem with Hummel, when I have never faced similar issues with foreign brands, has been very disappointing. I genuinely want to continue supporting Turkish brands, but situations like this undermine my trust.
I am requesting a full refund for these products.
