On October 31, 2025, at 4:30 p.m., I checked into Çamlıdere Thermal Hotel through a reservation I made on HalalBooking (Reservation No: 4959846). During my short stay, I found that the meals and complimentary offerings were inadequate, there were no available activities within the hotel, and overall the services were far below my expectations. Therefore, I decided to check out the same day at 8:30 p.m.
At checkout, I informed the hotel staff that I wanted a refund. However, they told me that since the payment was made through an agency, I would need to contact the agency directly for the refund process.
I then contacted HalalBooking customer service on October 31, 2025, at 7:49 p.m. They said they would reach out to the hotel and forward my refund request, but since then, I have not received any follow-up or refund.
Although my reservation was non-refundable, I am requesting a refund as a gesture of customer satisfaction due to the poor quality of service and unfulfilled expectations. I made the payment via HalalBooking’s website by credit card in three installments, totaling ₺3,880 (≈ $92 USD).
I kindly request that my issue be resolved promptly and that the full amount be refunded to my credit card.
