HalalBooking Ignored My Emails About Missing Breakfast Refund

On April 23, 2025, I made a reservation through HalalBooking.com for a one-night stay in a deluxe room for two people, including breakfast. Everything seemed fine until we arrived.

However, the next morning, the hotel staff informed me that breakfast was not included. When I checked, I noticed that the reservation details I created and the version shown in the hotel’s system were different — in the hotel’s system, the reservation appeared as room only (without breakfast).

Over the following two weeks, I sent three separate emails to HalalBooking.com regarding this issue, but received only vague, dismissive replies. I have still not received any refund for the service I paid for but never received.

I am requesting a refund for the breakfast service I paid for but was denied.
