HalalBooking Price Match Form Not Working — No Response from Support

On October 27, 2025, I made a reservation through HalalBooking at Four Points Flex by Sheraton, Ankara, for the nights of October 28–29, 2025 (Reservation No: 6178262). I completed the payment by credit card.

However, I later found the same room and conditions listed on Agoda for a lower price of $116. I wanted to use HalalBooking’s advertised “Best Price Guarantee” and submitted a claim on October 27, 2025, both via phone and through the website form.

On the phone line, I was unable to reach a live representative under any of the menu options — reservations, accounting, or refunds. When I selected the complaint option, I only heard an automated message directing me to contact the hotel directly. On the website’s price-match form, I repeatedly entered the Agoda link, but kept receiving error messages.

Despite these attempts, I received no response from customer service, and no action was taken on my claim.

As a first-time user of this platform, this lack of communication and support has been very disappointing. Therefore, I am requesting that HalalBooking honor its “Best Price Guarantee” policy and refund the price difference between the two listings.
