I made a reservation through HalalBooking for Moncher Hotel for the dates September 14–16, 2025 (Reservation No: 5125513). However, my reservation was canceled without any prior notice or explanation.
When I noticed the cancellation, I tried to contact HalalBooking customer service by email, phone, through the mobile app, and via the website, but I have not received any response from any of these channels.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and the lack of communication has caused me significant inconvenience. Although I had not yet completed the payment, I still request a clear explanation for why my reservation was canceled, and that my booking be reinstated at the same price and conditions.
I kindly ask that this matter be clarified and resolved as soon as possible to prevent further inconvenience.
