HalalBooking Complaint: 9-Month Installment Offer Ignored During Payment

On September 2, 2025, I made a reservation through HalalBooking’s official website (https://halalbooking.com), under Reservation No: 5705546, and completed the payment using my credit Card.

On the website, it was clearly stated that payments made with the credit Card would be divided into 9 installments. However, during and after the transaction, the payment was processed in only 6 installments, as confirmed by my bank’s payment plan.

I kindly request that this issue be corrected and that my payment be adjusted to 9 installments, in line with the campaign details displayed on your site at the time of booking.

I also attempted to contact customer service, but was unable to reach anyone. I request that this matter be resolved as quickly as possible.
