H&M Order Still “Preparing” After 6 Days – No Shipment Yet

I placed an order with H&M on October 3rd, and it's been 6 days, but the status still says “preparing.” The order hasn’t even been shipped yet. On October 4th, it changed to “preparing” and has stayed that way since then. The website said the expected delivery date was October 11th, but how can that happen if it hasn’t even been shipped? I’m frustrated and wondering what’s more important for the staff than processing my order. Please send my order as soon as possible!
