I Got a Defective Jacket in Online Order, How Disappointing



recently bought this jacket on the H&M website, but they sent me a bad one with a hole in the front, which I didn't like. I don't think the H&M brand would do something like that. It's still the way it came; I haven't even taken off the tag. It's simple: I want to return it and get my money back. I did everything they said on their website to do the return process. Just like they told me to, I sent it back. Thank you for not leaving me hanging. I still have 30 days to return the item, and all I want is my money back. thought H&M would do better, and this whole experience has been very frustrating. It's not just about the broken jacket; it's about getting what you paid for in general. I hope H&M takes care of this right away and earns their customers' trust.
