My husband bought me a couple of items from the H&M store in Bodrum on 11/6. We live in Datça, and there is no store in Datça or near where we live. They refused to accept our request to return the items via courier. We waited, but there was no occasion or time to travel that distance. When I called customer service today to complain about this perplexing situation, I was told that because 30 days had passed, they no longer had an obligation to accept the return and would not respond to my complaint. My friend will travel to İzmir (350km away) next week, so I'd like my items to be accepted by either the İzmir store or a courier service. Regards
