H&M Sent Me Wrinkled Blazer

I spent 900 TL at H&M on a blazer, but when it arrived, it was in such a terrible condition that it looked as if I had salvaged it from the garbage. They rolled it into a ball, crumpled it up, and mailed it without attaching any tags. What exactly is the point of sending something that is so crumpled up and missing the tags, especially for an item that costs $900? It is without a doubt going back to the store. The level of quality at H&M stores has dropped precipitously, which is a real shame.
