Unable to Return H&M Order Due to Incorrect Shipping Status
I am frustrated with H&M as my recent order (Order #63677494971) has been marked as "in transit" for 4-5 days even though I’ve already received it. Because the system incorrectly shows it as undelivered, I’m unable to initiate a return, and each passing day eats away at my return window. I’m unsure if this is a glitch in the app or a deliberate issue, but it’s preventing me from returning the item and obtaining my refund. I have tried multiple times to start the return process, but the status hasn’t changed. I expect H&M to correct the order status immediately and allow me to return the product before my return period expires. Please address this urgently.
