I put in an order with H&M (Order No: 66926457651) six days ago and haven't heard anything about it since. The item still hasn't been shipped. I didn't think a well-known name would be this slow. Even worse than having to wait is not being able to get in touch with anyone—no emails, tracking updates, or anything else to let me know what's going on. I've asked for information and checked on the progress of the order several times, but I haven't gotten any real answers. It's hard to look past this lack of care and clarity.
