H&M Has Not Shipped My Order After Six Days - Gave No Update
I put in an order with H&M (Order No: 66926457651) six days ago and haven't heard anything about it since. The item still hasn't been shipped. I didn't think a well-known name would be this slow. Even worse than having to wait is not being able to get in touch with anyone—no emails, tracking updates, or anything else to let me know what's going on. I've asked for information and checked on the progress of the order several times, but I haven't gotten any real answers. It's hard to look past this lack of care and clarity. I was hoping that my order would arrive on time, but now I feel like I've been left hanging with no reason given. I hope that from now on, they care more about how their customers feel.
