I placed an order on H&M’s official website on April 17, 2025, with order number 67611718571. Shortly after, I was notified that my order had been canceled due to product unavailability. However, when I immediately checked the site, the exact item in size 34 was still shown as in stock.
Even more confusingly, when I checked the status of my order the next day, it said the item had been packaged and was ready for shipment. Clearly, there is an inconsistency here. I had also applied my H&M Member exclusive “APP15” discount code during checkout, which makes me believe the real reason for the cancellation was the coupon usage, not inventory issues.
This is incredibly disappointing. I used a valid promotion, completed my purchase, and was misled by false stock and shipping updates. I demand H&M provide me with the exact items I ordered, at the same price and with the applied discount.
