H&M Canceled My Order and Won’t Refund Gift Card
I used a gift card for an online purchase at H&M, but my order was canceled by H&M, and I haven’t received a refund. They keep telling me that I’ll get an email, but it’s been 10 days, and I’ve received nothing. I can’t even buy the items I want now. Despite contacting customer service, no one helps, and my issue remains unresolved. It feels like customer service is just brushing me off and doesn’t want to address the problem. I used a gift card to make this purchase, but I’m stuck waiting with no refund and no way to move forward. This needs to be fixed immediately!
