H&M Cancelled My Order Twice Then Relisted the Same Product at a Higher Price
I ordered the same item twice from the online store of H&M, but both orders were canceled on the grounds that the item was out of stock. However, when I checked the website, I saw that the same item is still available at a new, higher price. Despite placing the order two weeks ago, I received no information at first, and it was later canceled without proper notice. I had purchased it as a gift, and the store's actions caused me inconvenience. I request that the issue be resolved and the item be delivered to me at the original purchase price.
