I bought a pair of sneakers from Guess in Cyprus, and the brand material on the back broke off the first day I wore them. Due to a lack of product choice, I paid the difference to purchase a new pair of shoes. My present sneakers have yellowing on the material, and the Guess logo inside has faded. I had burning feelings and an odor when wearing them. The bag I purchased also has deterioration in the material, multiple tears, and became deformed when exposed to sunshine. However, the store does not allow swaps or refunds. Neither the consumer nor the product are receiving sufficient assistance. Despite the lowered pricing, I paid about ₺8,000. This occurred after just a few uses. I am unsatisfied with the Guess store in Cyprus. It's either a replica or a low-quality product. It is one of the two. When a new product you've just started using behaves this way, there is no other reason. Can you give me the contact information for the authorized Guess store or management? Where else may I file a complaint?

There is no change in the provided return, continuing with the same opinion by not accepting the poor quality of the product and blaming it on customer misuse, what kind of logic is that? You should have been solution-oriented... If customer satisfaction is not important to you, at least stand behind your product, accept it, accept that it is no different from a replica product... You find exchanges easy but never refunds... And you are not even willing to consider an exchange.
