Guess' Canceled Order Refund Still Pending
On 09/07/2023, I paid 1,890.00 Turkish Lira for a bag. The bag became stuck in Germany and has not moved since. On September 18, 2023, I initiated a return through the system, but there has been no progress. I have not received the ordered product, nor have I received my refund. We're talking about a well-known international brand here. Furthermore, attempting to contact them by phone is a futile exercise. The phone number 0216***845 takes me to their website. They claim to have office hours from 08:00 to 19:00 Monday through Saturday, but no one answers. I'm beyond frustrated with this situation, and I'm wondering if anyone else has gone through something similar. I simply want my money back.

Hello, it's been exactly 1.5 months that I've been dealing with you. The product I returned has been shipped, but neither my product has arrived nor my refund has been processed. Supposedly, it came to my address, but I wasn't there. I literally waited every day. Currently, the product is in the process of being sent abroad for return again. Could you please process my refund?
The product hasn't arrived, nor has my refund. It's been 60 days, and there is neither money nor product. They said I wasn't found at the address, but I was always at the address. It's a shame, it doesn't suit a big brand. Refund my money!
